The Feenics Mobile application provides a convenient solution for accessing your Feenics information while on the move. Users have the ability to view a comprehensive list of individuals within their instance, or conduct a targeted search by name. The application allows for easy access to and modification of personal details, badge types, access levels, and assigned cards. Moreover, users can effortlessly add new individuals to their instance, including the option to upload images or capture photos using their device's camera.

The platform also offers functionality to monitor significant events and logs directly from a mobile device. Users can designate individuals or hardware as favorites, enabling them to receive push notifications for events involving such selections. The app ensures that users are promptly notified of any relevant occurrences and permits them to review event history, delve into specific details, check any attached instructions, and provide acknowledgments, including photo attachments via the device camera.

Any events acknowledged via the Feenics mobile app are instantaneously marked as viewed in the Feenics Database. Noteworthy features of the application include direct LOCKDOWN capabilities, viewing favorite items, monitoring hardware status and alerts, managing people lists, adding or removing individuals, editing profiles and addresses, adjusting access levels and assigned cards (including PIN setup), exploring past events, creating event acknowledgments, examining hardware details and events, executing hardware actions (e.g., pulse, activate/deactivate, simulate card read), and conducting people searches.
